    How do I calculate shipping costs when purchasing an item from your online gallery?

    We include the cost of shipping your chosen item fully insured until it reaches your door.


    What is the most cost effective method to pay for an item?

    Whilst we do offer PayPal, as well as credit and debit card facility’s to UK based clients, these may incur unnecessary charges that we would prefer not to pass on to our customers. The safest payment method is by bank transfer following receipt of our invoice. This is the only method of payment acceptable from customers outside of the UK.


    What happens if I receive an item that is not as described or damaged in some way?

    You would be entitled to a full no quibble refund after providing photographic evidence and upon the safe return of that item. However based on our years of expertise please be assured we would always use best endeavors to ensure this situation never arose.

    Do I have to pay any other UK taxes or Vat on the items listed on your gallery?

    Antiques are not subject to VAT or additional taxes in the UK, or indeed many countries worldwide.

    However since Brexit there have been some changes in Europe and our best advice is to always check your own countries’ import regulations, we will gladly assist you if required.
