As part of our Japanese works of art collection we are delighted to offer this nice quality Japanese Meiji period (1868-1912) Komai style Parasol handle in its original fitted retailers case, specially made for O. Seeroomall , no 31 Strada Reale, Malta, at the turn of the century circa 1910, the finely worked handle depicts a dragon to one side, birds amidst foliage to the other panel, a very opulent item that appears to have gone unused for over a century, a nice addition to any parasol collection or indeed Japanese Komai collection.

In fine as new condition, with one small pimple to the top.
