As part of our Japanese works of art collection we are delighted to offer this large and finely carved Edo Period 1615-1868 , circa 1850 stained Ivory sash Netsuke , the subject depicts a pair of carved Gourd shaped Bean pods ,beautifully stained and probably intended for use on a smokers pouch or Inro set ,  a very tactile and great colour mid 19th century Netsuke that would enhance your Netsuke or Japanese works of art collection , or make an ideal gift for a loved one .
