As part of our Japanese works of art collection we are delighted to offer this Japanese Edo period (1615-1868) circa: 1800  Ivory Netsuke depicting an Oxen and Oxherd, the Oxen modelled laid down with attendant seated upon his back whilst holding the rope tethered around the Ox’s neck, a very well used and nicely worn late 18th c Netsuke , a great addition to your Netsuke or Japanese works of art collection.

Nice condition with good colour and age related wear.
