As part of our Japanese art collection we are delighted to offer this fine quality bronze vase onlaid in mixed metals with a scene of the Golden Temple in Kyoto, the detail is fantastic with clever use of mixed alloys including gold, silver and shakudo onlaid to the bronze to give a high relief tranquil scene of a famous image , the landscape mountains and lake further cast in bronze relief, the vase is signed to the rear with a three character signature that reads Koitsu , a wonderful piece of Japanese metalwork.
The condition of this heavy gauge vase is lovely with minimal age related wear and no dinks or dents.
