As part of our Japanese works of art collection we are delighted to offer this lovely quality late Meiji period Bronze Okimono of Jurojin, one of the seven Lucky Gods , he is the God of Longevity, the artist has captured him in great detail, he stands in a thoughtful posture wearing a traditional scholars gown and hat with one hand clutching his long white beard and the other holding a Silver Rui Sceptre, artist signed to the rear in an oval signature seal , a charming addition to any Japanese art collection, as the God of Longevity he would be make a great wedding or anniversary gift.
